Experiencing life from mind as a body is body mind identification which results in suffering, struggle and fear based behavior. 

This is the way of the dream. 

If one is in the dream and claims ownership of the dream as one's life, then there is no hope for escape into reality. 

A person who thinks that it is "somebody" is a machine. A biological machine indoctrinated with concepts and beliefs which came from previous indoctrinated biological machinery. 

Without a witness state preceding consciousness there is nothing happening but a mind thinking and a body feeling in identified reaction to it's thoughts.

True freedom can only exist from the realized Self as witness of this now without attachment to a body or a mind that thinks thoughts. 

You are not a body. You are not a mind.

You are THAT which precedes consciousness and which survives the physical transformation of all form.
