You are not your personality. Personality wants something, it is the seeker. Most always the personality seeks love, attention and approval. Tell me has that ever really worked, and if so for how long did it satisfy you? Notice how personality seduces you and others to get what it wants. Notice how personality attacks you and others when it doesn't get what it wants. How could this be you? How could this ever bring you peace? 

Have you ever opened to love with no conditions? Have you ever remained in love when you didn't get what you wanted? The personality is the face of the indoctrinated self. Full of concepts and beliefs. There is nothing real there, there is no comfort there. In the false self, everything is illusion.
