When one is considering that there is something to find, that seeking is the way to understanding, might it not be more worthwhile to stop, and fully experience now without any demands, remembering that this now contains everything you need to experience your true Self. 

Nothing can be lost. There is nothing to seek. There is nothing to understand. 

"The ultimate point of view is that there is nothing to understand, so when we try to understand, we are indulging in acrobatics of the mind. Whatever spiritual things you aspire to know are all happening in this objective world, in the illusion; all your activities, material and spiritual, are an illusion. All this is happening in the objective world, all is dishonesty, there is no truth to this fraud."
